Proserpine State High School used their off-site farm plot to build out a new unit of work for their Year 10 agricultural classes. Surveillance cameras and water trough monitoring sensors were installed to not only improve farm security and animal welfare, but provide a much-needed opportunity to integrate technology and data into the classroom. Additionally, it allowed students to see new and emerging roles in the agricultural sector.
